I had ordered the 5 inch crystal ball a few months back and loved it so much, I had to try it in the blue. I absolutely love them both!!! As you can see by the images, I liked the gold stand, however, came across a silver one that fits it amazingly. (I wasn’t a fan of the unicorn stand that is offered). In any case, the ball itself is magnificent! They look so nice together. Its big, its hefty, its very clear and a rich hue of blue.

I bought this as a tribute to my Beautiful English Bulldog Pinky. She passed away at 10 years old. She was flashy, full of attitude and totally a princess. This beautiful bauble reminds me of her.

If you are looking for a large crystal sphere, this is the one you want. Well worth the value. This is one of the most beautiful spheres I have ever seen, super clear. After I charged it, I could feel the positive energy in the room. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The dragon base is a bright gold colored aluminum I believe. It’s not brass. For me, it was a little bit TOO much of the bright gold. The stamped shapes in the metal actually detracted from it’s appearance as well, but that’s a personal preference thing.
I’ve acquired brass base to replace it. For the $14 extra cost that the base added, and if you really like bright gold metal, it would be fine.
SCOTT M MCCLURE –
This is the size of crystal ball that you would see in the movies on a table in front of a medium promising to tell your future. IT’S Sturdily HEAVY – heavier than you think it should be for it’s size. DO NOT put this in front of a window where sunlight can shine directly on it – It will warmth up and burn your house down! I love to take pictures with it’s sheerness at times of the day where the sun isn’t strong.

First to note – this is a glass ball, not crystal. Less expensive than crystal, but of lower optical quality. Even so, it’s a very nice piece. Well packaged, arrived on time undamaged. It’s as heavy as a bowling ball. The only criticism is the gaudy looking stand. I’m using a polished marble votive candle holder as a stand, which looks far better, The stand it came with went straight to the garbage can. Just my personal preference.

This is for my 20 yr old daughter’s Xmas present and I believe she will be very happy. I was worried about the holder but it is very nice and sturdy, although I may look around for a pewter one with felt padding. However, this one is very satisfactory.
The ball is very heavy but you don’t really want a smaller ball than this, in my opinion. It’s a beautiful color and will look great surrounded by her incense and Buddha statue.

This product is a bit heavy for what I’m using it for (photography) it says 10.25 lbs in the description but feels heavier maybe due to the size/shape? The clarity is immaculate and has no imperfections. A bit pricey but well worth the money.
