The set is trash . I wouldnt pay $50 for cards I got. 13 yaers of playing buying one box at least of every set . this is by far the worst thing I’ve ever opened.

  2. Derbs

It’s a Magic release. We all knew what this was going to be. Expectations delivered.

  3. Imperial

After the price drop its now worth it. The best of this set is the artstyle

  4. Ceryn22

I know it is all luck but I got no value in my collector booster box. Buy singles!

  5. Brock Garner

Llego en buen estado y antes de tiempo

Collector’s boxes unfortunately are good for one thing now (well maybe two), thats the special treatment or SN cards…. the other are foil tokens. This is a great set in my opinion. First time I can correlate the story/theme to the cards in play. I think this set has potential in multiple game types. Here’s my thing on this set. For the play value AND monetary value as a player, buy play boosters. On average you get 1.5 boxes of Play Boosters for the price of one Collector’s box. Here’s where the play and monetary value as a PLAYER comes in to effect. This set has a good chunk of good rares and mythics, BUT the hidden gems are in the uncommons and commons. You’re going to get way more cards via Play Boosters and thats good news if theres a handful of $1 to $3 common and uncommon cards. Now if you’re a shiny go lucky player or “investor”, then try a collector’s box. You’ll get one Invisible Ink card on average per box and a chance at SN cards. Land rares have an equal number on average per Play vs Collector’s boxes, thats 36 to 12 pack wise. The quality cuts on the cards are not that good. Of the 8 boxes I opened, not all from Amazon, different lot numbers, the edges can be rough and a lot of mis-centering on a handful of uncommons. I’m not going to post the numbers as they’re about the same in regards to rares, mythics, lands, tokens, etc. You’re looking mainly here at cost and in my opinion 2 boxes of Play Booster packs will suffice then buy singles. There really isn’t a lot of high value standard cards within the first weekend and the market seems to be selling below “market value” on base cards. One take away from this is if you don’t have an “Academy Manufacturer”, then buy a few! There’s also Scooby Doo themed cards, so pay attention to the art! Good luck and enjoy!

Ordered two NEW boxes and instead got one that had been returned that was already open with pokemon cards inside the packs and 2 random weiss Schwartz packs

  9. Imperial

The product was laughable. All the packs had their tops cut off, the hits taken out, and not even replaced with bulk. Learn from my mistake, save your time, money, and never buy ‘used’ card products.
