It’s mtg cards. Everything came fine. My bf got a serialized card so that’s cool. I’m only giving it 4 stars because mtg cards are over priced. Especially when more cards come out every three months insane how expensive the cards are in general.

I received a box that had already been opened and shrink seal torn. I returned it and am hoping I get a refund

I am very displeased with the results of the cards contained in these collector packs. To begin, the shipping was delayed. Next, the sealing looked to be tampered with. Then, there were no decent pulls—only duplicates of the lowered valued rares and mythics. Of the $500+ cost, I probably only pulled 20 cards that valued between $5-$15.

Obviously results may vary but you’re almost guaranteed 4 to 8 shocklands ..great set.

First off, if you’re banking on hitting like the streamers have prior to release date, just stop. This 10 rare land challenge is a joke. We ordered 12 boxes (2 sealed cases) and got them the following Monday. If you’re new to the game and want a decent selection of cards you may have never seen, give it a try. Cards values 3 days after release are 95% dropping so don’t take the numbers below as “updated values”. I HIGHLY recommend just buying singles. Even if you hit 8 top end R/M cards foil or not (non-anime foils), you’ll only be up 30% in a box. As of now, the non-anime card values have foils worth the same or less than the regular card. Opened them all and here are the per box averages

    ZERO serialized cards
    7.33 Rare Lands
    9.13 anime cards (reg/foil)
    7.18 mythics (reg/foil)
Average return per box $225 (and dropping) $175 lowest/$388 highest
    26.2 R/M worth $1+
    21.35 R/M worth < $0.50

These collector boxes feel nothing like Wilds of Eldraine or Lost Caverns of Ixalan yet they’re more expensive. Playability can be tough by itself but can add a huge value to any current deck NOT running 2+ year old cards or sets. I hope future “master” sets return to what they were, not in monetary value but allocation/variety, and good play value. You’d think in a just under 467 card set, you’d hit a lot of good cards being 1/3+ of your pack is R/M but sadly not the case. The card quality is fair but edges can be rough and rigid. BUY SINGLES!!!

    Good times

I figured it was too good to be true. Took a gamble to save like 25% of the cost. Was repackaged. Don’t try to gamble on the cosmetically flawed boxes. This always means resealed by someone who returned it. Packs were glued on the bottom (quite badly) and resealed with generic stuff plastic wrap not the ones with the wizards of the coast logos. Packs were filled with bulk from all the other Ravnica sets and were stuck together by the glue.

got alot of great value to include a stamped lantern valued at over 200 dollars.
