This has not to do with seller but more the product itself. These are not the OG boxes , these are extremely diluted and ultra low pull value. Take it for what it is. Just opened a box and was beyond regrettable nothing like I remember when they first came out. These are bait and switch boxes by wizards in essence.

  2. Amazon Customer

Overall I had a lot of fun opening up this box however for the price I may be pulled half of that in value of the box. Well I got no duplicates and some pretty cool cards the price point just doesn’t add up for me

First I understand that these are a gamble, but the other mystery boosters had higher value cards in each pack. I have bought 2 boxes of the each version now, and the convention version had a lot more cards I actually play in decks i.e. less expensive cards. Whereas the “Retail Edition” had at least a $10 card in each pack, and 4 $20ish cards, 2-3 $60ish cards in each box and I pulled a mana crypt out of the one. Also I found the play test cards to be aggravating to see in every pack. I think one of them may be worth money($10), but my local game store wouldn’t buy it.

My brother and I decided to do something different, and we purchased this box without any expectations… but, we were so lucky and we opened a Mana Crypt and Lotus Petal among other very nostalgic cards. I would definitely do it again… it felt like being at the casino.

I Enjoyed this opening more than most – Lots of variety!!!
