Most of our merchandises are factory sealed, but if you found they are not factory sealed, it is most likely due to either our distributor’s inspection or that is how they came in.

Choking Hazards:

• Most of our merchandises may contain sharp points, small parts that can cause choking hazards, and other elements that are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please provide adult supervision.

• Due to increased sales, our domestic handling time is between 1 – 3 business days with average of 2 business days. For international shipment, we may have to wait longer to avoid fraudulent activities. Our international shipment handling time is between 1 – 5 business days with average of 3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time under “Shipping and payments” tab is provided by US Post Office. It is provided as a reference, not a guaranteed delivery date, as USPS often misses its estimated delivery date. It may also be inaccurate, for example, First Class and Priority Mail should not have the same estimated delivery date, but the posted estimated delivery date the same for both.
• We do not guarantee delivery date for every transaction. If you need the item by a certain date, please contact us to confirm that we can deliver it by the date.
